New to me music from Lafayette, LA native Yung Juko. The song’s feel and energy reminds me a lot of August Alsina’s come-up. He’s got a distinct delivery to his verses and his embracing of the cards he was dealt is inspirational. Juko was born with spina bifida, but is still out here telling his story in a way that’s authentic and infectious, such as with his “Trust Nobody” single a while back. Shout out to him for this one.
