I’m not usually a Lil Yachty fan. I’ll admit it. He doesn’t usually appeal to me like that, no offense to him or his fans. But, his recent collaboration with Pollari goes in. It could be the production or it could be that it’s catchy and simple (it’s one of those “lemme flex on the haters because I’m getting it now” type of tracks) in its design. Whatever the reason, I like it. It’s not gonna win any “BARS OF THE YEAR” awards, but…truth be told? It doesn’t need to. It’s a quick turn-the-fuck-up sort of track and it hits when it needs to. Can’t ask for much more than that when you need that sort of energy.
