Portland artist Al-One (of Sandpeople) is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated EP, Sharptongue–available worldwide June 2nd. Kicking things off, Al connects with super-producer !llmind for “Good God Bad Business,” the funky, day in the life visuals directed by Sam Lingle. Now, shoutout to my musical brother from another, TOPE, for passing this one onto me. The funky production allows Al-One to just spit his shit while repping hip-hop so hard, he’s got it tatted on his chest.
No, really. The visuals include Al-One getting tatted with the words “hip-hop” across his chest, hammering home the fact that rapping dope lines really is just another day in the life. That’s dedication that you often don’t see from artists these days. So, check out the visuals below and support dope music in all of its forms.
