I do miss the days that the remix included a full remix of the beat (there is one on A$AP’s verse, but it only lasts for a few bars). However, this new collaboration between The Weeknd, Young Thug, and A$AP Rocky works well, as everyone shines well. Thug’s been consistently improving his trade and that’s apparent on this remix as well. Secondly, while I would’ve also loved a new verse from The Weeknd, I’ll take him doing the best verse of the original on this one. Then, you get A$AP pulling a Kendrick Lamar on “Problems” on this one. He steals the show and makes the beat his own (again, quite literally).
