Described as a “bass-heavy banger to fit the gloomy weather change,” Jersey’s Dolla$ignDunn’s “On This Side” has everything you could ask for from an introductory track to an artist (this one serves as my introduction to Dunn, in case you haven’t figured it out already). It’s boisterous, but still has the components needed to back up any claims of greatness. The production is fittingly dark, offering no escape to naysayers and the like. I ran this one back a few times, and still found myself smiling at something new each time. From the bars to the gritty delivery to the command of the beat, Dunn’s got a heater right here.
