I found this one while perusing through Soundcloud. See, it’s not just XXXTentacion clones, guys! All (bad) jokes aside, The Freely Spoken brought me in with the jazzy boombap. He kept me with the bars and the struggle shown throughout the short track from his Cold Cuts project. If the rest of the project is like this (I’ll admit, I’ve only heard a few cuts–pun unintended–from the project thus far but I’m intrigued), the “born in Cali, stuck in Akron” artist’s got a new fan.
