Cartier J Celebrates His Birthday with Not Mr. Nice Guy

Cartier J has made his mark on SpeedontheBeat.com over the last few months. It’s still a bit amazing to think that he’s just fourteen. That just happened with the release of “Not Mr. Nice Guy”. “NMNG” is a drill track in its approach to hip-hop. However, his lyricism keeps this one a bit different than what some may expect from the subgenre. He’s got bars and delivers them in a way that sounds a bit like Uzi mixed with Juice WRLD with a teeny bit of Durk as well. He’s melodic in his delivery, but his vocals and lyrics cut through the sample-esque beat and rip it. I like this one, so I hope you’ll join me and support dope music in all its forms.
