Liz Vice is becoming one of my favorite singers, especially with the way she’s turning old Christmas songs into these smooth and lush soundscapes. This time, she’s turned her focus on “Jingle Bells” and, if I do say so myself, it’s an amazing track. The way she turned “Jingle Bells” into this funky, grown-and-sexy song about canoodling with a special someone without it becoming raunchy or ridiculous? Man, oh man. It’s genius. There’s really not much else I can say about this track without spoiling it completely. However, I will say one more thing: the instrumentation on the song is also a thing a beauty.
