Jared Evan is a man after my ears. He’s a rapper, singer, producer and student of the game. His latest cut, “Lucy Liu,” is best described as a soul-chop banger that features rapid-fire bars, lyrical content that is a bit abstract (in a good way) and just a solid track that’ll be sure to get you ready to go to war (in some way, shape or form). This track is slated to appear on Evan’s BB3 project and also serves as a sequel to Jared’s 2013 track “Uma Thurman.” The Kill Bill connections are strong in this duology, so check it out above and support dope music in all its forms.
