Mayfive Asks “Do You Love It?”

The first song off a recorded-during-lockdown EP, “Do You Love It?” is a DIY track that’s best described as “Miguel, Ro James and Lianne La Havas writing a song together.” It’s a smooth, sensual track with beautifully-done guitar chords and vocals that lend themselves well to late night loving.

The purpose of Mayfive’s EP is to put out “all the things that [he wouldn’t] dare say to the person” who’s the topic and put them all into song. I’m here for that, since I’ve sometimes struggled to tell people how I feel without music (and/or copious amounts of tequila). Check out the track below, be on the lookout for the parent EP and support dope music in all its forms.
