I enjoyed how this one blends nostalgic vibes with modern sensibilities. I also love that it’s about finding and keeping love–and enjoying love as it comes. This is the “endcap” song to J DaCapo’s album FRZN PRJCT (which is also featured below). If the project is anything like this, we’re going to get “we can be ourselves, while we’re alone” vibes, a dose of nostalgia and R&B that’s not crass–but still sensual. I recommend checking out “Hold On” and, if you like that, then checking out the album. There’s also a great deal of spoken word rap on “Hold On,” so it’s really got something for everyone.
