A melancholy lo-fi rap song about love lost and clarity gained, “forever” is a pretty powerful song. Sonically, it reminds me of something you would’ve heard Mac drop. I love the production as well as the thought-provoking lyrics. I especially love the emotions Jordan gives us here, as they bounce between “sad” and “respectful of the past.” I’m curious to see what he does next, for sure.
