With a South African influence, “How Does It Feel?” takes a new approach to R&B. This song is probably my most experimental song yet. My goal was to stir up emotion by confusing the listener. We start with a classic R&B, drift into an Afrobeat feel and end up with soft rock at the end. I really wanted to allow myself to go and keep going, so that in the end I could ask the listener “how does it actually feel for you?”

Anything I said would’ve undersold the excellence that appears within this song. It’s experimental, it’s sensual, it’s playful. It’s all of the things at once while being none of them at all. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
