We’ve all got our inner demons we deal with on a daily basis. Mine, before I confronted them through my adult life, dealt with my resentment towards my father. As always, this isn’t about me. Antonia Kay fights these inner demons to strive for “a simple life” and feel love and all it entails. How does she fight them, you ask? She focuses on the little wins in life. I’m here for that, especially because I preach a philosophy of celebrating every win you achieve–regardless of how little or big it is. These wins help Kay embrace the good in the world that much more.
