Antonia Kay Reflects on Inner Demons on “Simple Life”

We’ve all got our inner demons we deal with on a daily basis. Mine, before I confronted them through my adult life, dealt with my resentment towards my father. As always, this isn’t about me. Antonia Kay fights these inner demons to strive for “a simple life” and feel love and all it entails. How does she fight them, you ask? She focuses on the little wins in life. I’m here for that, especially because I preach a philosophy of celebrating every win you achieve–regardless of how little or big it is. These wins help Kay embrace the good in the world that much more. Sonically, Kay sounds a bit like Sade, which I’m also here for (Sade-esque artists get my attention–especially since Sade rarely releases music). Check out the track below and support dope music in all its forms. Also, and this should go without saying, please enjoy all of your wins.
