Jeremie and The Delicious Hounds Present “We Haven’t Met Yet”

I love soul music, that’s as true as “death and taxes are inevitable.” However, I also love when people take the sound and add their twist to it. Jeremie & The Delicious Hounds’ “We Haven’t Met Yet” is an example of this. Sonically, it’ll bring to mind Motown mixed with a bit of Leon Bridges with a smidge of Silk Sonic. Lyrically, the track is about love, like, those initial feelings of both and enjoying them for what they are. I’m here for this energy, especially when the sound is so rich, so lush. This reminds me of some of the music I’d hear from my mom’s speakers on weekend mornings. This is a track from the group’s Cruel project, so check it out and support dope music in all its forms.
