TARiiQ and Gr4m Make a Song for “Y.O.U”

A feel-good sort of song that’ll bring to mind Mac Miller mixed with a dash of Big KRIT circa Digital Roses Don’t Die, “Y.O.U” is a love song of sorts and a “thank you” in others. The track finds the duo speaking their peace about love and the special people in their lives. Throughout the song, RiiQ and his partner give us positive energy and pro-love lyrics. It’s a very refreshing song. I love the atmosphere of this one because it’s very laidback and romantic, all while giving throwback vibes reminiscent of late-2000s alt-rap. It’s a great song, one that’ll bring a smile to your face and a need to call up your person and let them know/remind them that you and them are meant to be together. If you need these summer vibes in your ears right now, I can’t currently think of any better way than to play this one as loud as possible.
