Above, we’ve got the vocals and visuals for Kevin Ross and Eric Bellinger’s “Ready For It,” which appears on Ross’ upcoming Midnight Microdose Vol. 2. The song, which came together during a video shoot, is a thing of beauty. A love song for those who’ve realized who they need/want to be with, “Ready” is, in a word, a bop. Vocally and lyrically, it features the duo hitting all of the necessary notes to craft a song that’s equal parts “take me back” and a pantydropper. It also helps that Ross and Bellinger can sang and harmonize with the best of them out now. Simply put, we’re given quite a treat here.
