As has been the trend of today’s posts, “Timbs in the Summer” is a gritty boombap track full of fun times, bars for days and an overall appreciation for the culture. I featured the original track in a Quickies playlist a month or so ago and I’m here today with the visuals. Said visuals pay homage to various facets of what makes up hip-hop.

Filmed at the 14th Street Graffiti Museum, the DMV natives–along with Wais P and Yogi–are seen and heard enjoying “the last few weeks of summer.” This is shown in the vivid imagery, both lyric-wise and the actual graffiti shown throughout. Those bars have some bite to them, which allows them to sound right at home over Team Demo’s production here.
