SplashBrothaz Ring in 2024 with “Multimilli”

Over a beat produced by indie producer Boom Bap Jag, the #SplashBrothaz ring in 2024 with a new track, the booming “Multimilli.” The duo, which consists of real-life brothers Leo Lakaiser and Michael Cesar Leo, rap with Wolfgang Chuk here. The group of like minds with differing styles speak on, well, getting the best of out what you’re given (while still aiming for more). I’m here for it because, in 2024, you need all of the positivity you can get. I mean, considering where the last ten years have taken us, we’re all due for some sort of glow-up.

The beat slaps in the whip or whatever the kids say these days. It’s constantly thumping with bass and the sample/main melody lends itself well for some “I just gotta make it regardless” bars and a bit of humble bragging as well. Lyrically, it’s harder to pinpoint just one side of the track. That’s because the Brothaz and Chuk come armed and ready for lyrical war, showcasing this in some of the rhyme schemes used in the song. They all work very well with each other and within the framework of the song. If I had to choose between saying one artist was better than the other and losing a chunk of hair…I’m bald anyway. That should tell you all you need to know. If you need another anthem for the new year that has a bit of a ’90s twist, check this one out below and support dope music in all its forms. If you like what you hear here, I recommend seeking out the Brothaz’ new EP, 2.5.
