Above, we have brand-new visuals from Baltimore’s Nellz GC. For those who don’t know, Nellz GC is an artist who’s been on a long run of impressive music. Ever since he first began gracing SpeedontheBeat.com with his musical presence, he’s been one I’ve always followed and posted on whenever I have the chance. It’s been a few years now and he rarely misses with his tracks. He’s that much of a rap workhorse. Another great thing about Nellz is that the brother continuously improves his craft every time he steps to the mic. No two songs are alike and no two songs sound the same, even if they may sometimes utilize a similar Baltimore-meets-trap flow.

With “Top 5,” he throws multiple jabs on a thumping beat, showcasing his evolution while also just providing a great track. For the uninitiated, this is as great of a track as any to introduce newcomers to Nellz because he’s spitting while also riding the beat proficiently as hell. For those who’ve been with Nellz since the beginning, this one continues to show that he’s one of the many bright spots out of my hometown. The visuals themselves have a flair to them, one that is distinctly Nellz while still being visually palatable with what’s come to be expected from hip-hop visuals these days.
