Over a somewhat haunting instrumental, Harlem singer Haawa lets us know what she wants and that she’s not going to stop until she gets it. On “Love You Now,” she blatantly talks about what she needs out of life and will pursue it. There’s also a healthy helping of self-care interspersed in her lyrics. It’s a solid track, one that makes me want to hear more from her. So, I checked out some of her other tracks and was equally impressed.
