Cinnamon Sun Keeps the Flame on New Track

Australian-born Cinnamon Sun compared “Flame” to something that Mac or Anderson.Paak would’ve put out. That was enough to grab me. While it does take a bit to get started (the first verse doesn’t start until about a minute of buildup), Davy Simony’s vocals are pretty snazzy and smooth.

The lyrics are about self-betterment and taking care of nature and the planet at the same time. It’s an ambitious song, but it’s a beautiful one. Ultimately, I feel “Flame” does what it does well and leaves you wanting more. That is true for the vibe with but also just wanting to hear more honest lyricism. Plus, that synth line at the end? Perfection. Check it out below and remember to support dope music in all its forms.
