Now, you all know: I usually reserve my IG feed for instrumental submissions. However, there was something about Japanese producer/instrumentalist WANCE’s latest track that grabbed me. It could’ve been the fact it blends jazz, lo-fi, and a little bit of rock-centric neo-soul into one tasty jam. From the beginning, you’ll see you’re in for more than your standard lo-fi beat, as each part builds upon the last. By the end of the track, you’re taken on this jazzy ride through time and space. All in all, this is what I’m looking for when I get instrumental submittals: something that’s beautiful but also a bit outside the norm. I love this one, and I hope you all do, too.
