Juke Gets Confessional with Several “Drinks”

An alt-R&B offering, UK artist Juke’s “Drinks” finds him confessing (without undressing) while drunk. It’s a relatable song. Heck, I know I get very emotional and lovey dovey when I’m drunk. However, in Juke’s case, the drinking finds him saying “the distractions don’t keep me together, even though I’ll keep using them in hopes they do.” I also like the haunting vocals, that increasingly go from “I’m sober” to “I’m effed up and am struggling to think straight.” Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
