This is a bit of a different venue that Lujza typically gets onto SOTB for. However, the beautiful instrumentation and the use of choral effects–not to mention her voice sounding very chilling–made it one I had to talk about. The song is about a relationship that’s gone awry. However, the narrator is stepping up and taking back their light, their purpose–instead of letting the dimming go on any longer. If it went on any longer, things may’ve turned out worse. So come for the message, stay for the vocals and layered harmonies. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
