Stophe Malone Presents “What Do You Like?”

I tend to avoid songs that sample late-1990s/early-2000s R&B. It’s not that all of it is bad. It’s more that the originals can’t ever really be surpassed. However, every so often, I find a track that turns that mindset on its head. This is that case with Stophe Malone’s “What Do You Like?,” a track which interpolates the Da Brat/Tyrese song of the same name. However, it takes things a bit further, as it also shows what Stophe can do for that special someone who he chooses to share his life with. It’s a new take on a classic song that doesn’t feel like it’s just replaying the original one with a few new words. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
