Taking cues from artists like Summer Walker, Milledgeville, Georgia native Kali Sade floats effortlessly (but soulfully) over this two-minute song about love, like and seeing where things go. A mix between trapsoul and a bit of R&B, “Prove” finds the singer/songwriter sensually singing that her mate doesn’t have to really prove their love to her. It also speaks on trust and how it’s sometimes at a premium in some relationships. All in all? This is a great SOTB debut for the young artist, as she definitely has my attention.
