It’s been a little while since we’ve heard anything solo from JusXJustice, even though he’s been pretty busy. However, his newest solo effort, The Crow 2, doesn’t disappoint in pulling us deeper into the world of the Phoenix multifaceted artist. The seven-track project showcases songs such as “Hate to Be You,” but expands on what Jus is about as an artist. We’re given more rapping from Jus versus other projects and he feels right in his zone, speaking on love, lust, wanting to get away from it all, and a few other surprise topics as well. Songs such as “Way Up” bring a new wrinkle to the image of JusXJustice because it showcases vulnerability while also showcasing the swagger we’ve come to see from him and he’s on the way to furthering aims to be a true do-it-all artist. Check out The Crow 2 below and support dope music in all its forms.
