Now this is news to me, but it makes perfect sense. PHZ-Sicks is a Texas-born artist making a name for himself out in the DMV. It makes sense because he has a bit of that Texas swagger, even though he’s residing in the DMV. Geographical discoveries aside, Sicks links up with OG Ron C for a Chopped Not Slopped remix of “The Love Scene III,” from his 2013 tape The Moment. If you’re familiar with OG Ron C’s remixes, you know what to expect here–some chopped awesomeness that, if it’s a slow jam, you could probably get that slow–never mind (I’m trying to keep my own writing and the like PG-14 on the site for the most part these days).

Anyway, it’s a fire remix and definitely brings a new perspective to Sicks’ track and his discography as a whole (especially knowing he’s Texas-born as well). Check it out below and remember to support dope
