Chicago MC Bless 1 is back with a vengeance on “No Looking Back.” Over a simple melody, he speaks truths into existence and abrasively reenters the bars scene. It’s a thing of beauty, truth be told. I mean, the brother’s not put out any bars-related material in years–instead opting to learn and master the production side of things–and he’s just as sharp as he was on his debut, Starving Artist (a project I suggest you check out; it aged relatively well).
