Ninazu Raps About Change and Improvement on Ammonite

Australian artist Ninazu hit my line with the instrumental for “Ammonite” about a week or two ago. As much as I liked the instrumental, I thought to myself “this would sound better with some bars on it.” I told him this and, the next week, he sent me a version with him dropping bar after bar on it. Unlike the romantic drama of the same name, Ninazu’s “Ammonite” deals with trying to teach his past self and bettering his present self for the future. The second verse deals with trying to get others to look within and better themselves. The vibe of the song is definitely a bit more old-school, but it works here (as if Ninazu is attempting to preserve the integrity of those he comes across like a fossil). Check out “Ammonite” below and remember to support dope music in all its forms.
