Takada Fu Presents Latest Instrumental Offering, “Feel Like I’m Alone”

Takada Fu, Japanese beatsmith, took inspiration from 1970s Japanese Jazz on this soundscape. It’s a throwback, for sure, but in the best way possible. It feels like something we’d hear from late greats such as Nujabes. However, it also feels distinctly its own thing, possibly because of the fact that the beat, for me, hits me in the feels first, then the “I wanna rap on this” sensors next. I love this beat because it makes me think as much as it makes me bob my head. Takada seems to do a lot of demos on his IG on a regular basis. If you like this one, you should also visit his IG page for more beats. Check out “Feel Like I’m Alone” below and support dope music in all its forms.
