Big Sherm Channels 2000s H-Town Rap and Ganesha on “All My Blessings”

Quick! Tell me what you get when you mix Hindi beliefs with a song that sounds like it’d be something UGK or KRIT would’ve put out. I used to not know the answer for that question, either. That is, until rapper Big Sherm hit my line with his song “All My Blessings.”

The screwed chorus mixes well in with wanting to receive blessings while having all negativity removed. Sonically, as mentioned, it sounds like something UGK or KRIT would put out, down to the slight twang in Sherm’s vocals. It’s a great track if you’re in the city, riding around with your windows down and the bass thumping through your speakers. If you’re like me and it’s cold AF where you are, this is a great one to turn on with the windows up and the smooth bass booming through your car. It’s one of those types of songs. Lyrically, the whole thing comes together quite well, as if blessed itself. Check it out below and do the thing: remember to support dope music in all its forms.
