Eric Rice Presents Two “Moody Tunes” in “Fall For You” and “Cloo”

Happy tenth birthday to SpeedontheBeat.com, home of some of the dopest music in all its forms. I’ve got two cuts from artist Eric Rice, “Fall For You” and “Cloo.” Both songs take a while to get going, which I’d usually pass on them because of it. However, the moods set in each track are appreciated because they’re a mix of melancholy and regret with a bit of “I want things to be a bit different for me and you.” The production is a bit spacey, a bit minimalist. This helps boost the matter-of-fact flow of Rice as well as the vocals presented on each track. I’m covering these two together because, while a bit different sonically, they have similar subjects/approaches to their subjects. If you want some R&B-infused rap with some melancholic lyrics and vocals, these are for you. So check them out below and support dope music in all its forms.
