I’m always down for songs that promote loving yourself, so it should come as no surprise that I really enjoyed this song as well. The guitar-heavy melody here is light, but also has some darker undertones. This gives the song additional layers and depth. Add that in with rhe powerful vocals and songwriting and you’ve got a track that deserves your utmost attention and respect. Sonically, it reminds me a bit of a Mac track, but done so in a way that doesn’t feel unoriginal.
