JAIME Discusses Finality and the Beauty Within Life and Death

JAIME’s latest, the powerful “Stay,” is a song about death and the concrete nature of it. To love is to lose, to live is to die. However, instead of making everything doom and gloom and pain and anguish, JAIME focuses on the beauty of life and its finite nature. The song also features JAIME taking on the role of, essentially, an older married man who lost the love of his life. He, instead of lamenting on the loss, instead speaks on the life that was lived. I also like the visuals (below), as they feature a lot of symbolism.

This is a powerful track, so check it out above and support dope music in all its forms.
