Eden Barel Presents the Jazzy “Don’t Forget”

This track moves me because of the instrumentation and the concept. That’s because Barel features Seattle soul singer Grace Love on the vocals as a love letter to the soul music of the past. Anyone who loves the beauty of soul music as Barel does is alright by me.

The Tel Aviv-based composer draws influence from all over on this song and its parent project, Mid Breakfast. It’s eclectic, yes, but it’s also not done in a way that’s misappropriating or anything like that. You can see he loves the music from all over the world. I won’t keep you away from the music, so check out “Don’t Forget” and its parent project below and support dope music in all its forms.
