Raw Soul Does a Bit of “Self-Reflection” on ‘Flu Season’

An interlude from Raw Soul’s Flu Season project, “Self-Reflection” finds the artist trying to piece together who he is at the moment and who he aims to be. Self-reflection is key, even if you’re not exactly where you want to be. Why? Simply put, it helps you celebrate the wins you’ve won thus far and the progress you’ve made.

Sonically, I love the jazzy production, as it gives a beautiful soundscape for Raw to speak on himself. I also gave a listen to the album this came from and I recommend checking it out because it’s a solid project, one that showcases mature themes and lyricism. It’s a beautiful blend between older-school raps and modern sensibilities, which makes an incredible album to check out. Check out the project below and support dope music in all its forms.
