The song has lines like “but my soul is hollow anyway.” It’s a great track to be self-reflective to, while also seeing the hopelessness some feel when they go through life. Carmi puts everything out there for us to take in and absorb. Additionally, Carmi’s vocals are very relaxed, they’re not in your face with their thoughts.
