Decuma Speaks on the Cycle of Abuse on “basketball.”

TW: Abuse

“basketball.” is a potent alt-rap track that takes us on an emotional rollercoaster which goes in-depth about “the manipulation that allows for abuse.” It’s an uncomfortable listen, even a bit triggering. However, Decuma’s not trying to do this to be edgy. He’s instead taking that uncomfortableness and weaponizing it against abuse and against traumatic situations. This is one of those “shut up and listen” songs, so go listen to it below and support dope music in all its forms. Also, abusers are effed up people who seek a warped sense of “power.” Because of this, I feel they should all be drug out into the street and shot. Sorry not sorry.
