LAV.ISH Presents ‘Another Good Day’

The latest from LA-based rap/R&B quartet LAV.ISH, Another Good Day is, well, a collection of dope music. Okay, I’m done. Oh, wait, y’all want me to say why I rock with this project? Well, it wouldn’t be SOTB without that…so okay. The twelve-song album features a variety of sounds that speak on loneliness, mental health, love, being your best self–and even a bit of playfulness. Overall, the sound reminds me of a mix between Post Malone and OutKast. That’s a good blend in all honesty, as it’s lyrically sound with poppy sensibilities to create a feeling of nostalgia and forward thinking all at once. The tracks are well-sequenced, the lyrics hit well and the subject matter is diverse enough that you’ll want to come back for me. Not bad for a third album, not bad at all. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
