I love the Spanglish vocals from Cuban singer/songwriter Gina D’Soto and love the concept of the song. The concept is a simple one: happiness makes lovers love. Said happiness is achieved when they’re together. On top of the vocals, I love D’Soto’s songwriting ability. She had me hanging onto every syllable, wondering where she’d take the song next. There’s also an emotionally-compact rap verse from Canadian artist Maky Lavender. All in all, though? This one should be in your playlists, if only for the sensuality the vocals exude. Check it out above and support dope music in all its forms.
