Sometimes, you’ve got to, well, be choosy with the people who are in your space. That goes for family, friends and unknown entities. UK rapper Mushiya understands this, quite well, and made a song about it. “Choosy” is not a happy song. Contrary to its high-energy beat, it’s not something you’re supposed to smile at. It’s quite sad, if we’re being real. We get to hear and see both a sense of nostalgia and a sense of heartache over having to cut people off.
