Six tracks. That’s all it took Ludacris to outperform most of 2014’s full-length releases. No, seriously.
The Burning Bridges EP is probably Ludacris’ best project. It takes the animated Luda of the early 2000s and the less-punchlines-but-more-substance Ludacris of the late-2000s . Essentially, it’s a compilation of what has made Ludacris with a large enough splash of K.R.I.T. sensibilities and few guest spots. I just hope that Ludaversal has more of this vibe versus “Luda party rap.” I like “Luda party rap,” but I personally need more “deep Luda” in my iPod. Click the link to access the EP.
