New SOTBMusic: @weirdojep Talks About Those Who Tried to Break Him in New Track

Between workity-work and transcribing the Drizzle Sez interview (part two comes tomorrow at 10AM), I got this tasty jam from New England-based artist Jep Roadie. One of three tracks recently released from Jep’s Tomorrow Wuz Great project, “Tried To Break Me” combines some boombappy feelings providing a background for a track about trying to stay afloat and trying to find a ride-or-die sort of friendship (or more; that’s somewhat left ambiguous). If the rest of the project sounds like this, we’re definitely going to be given an interesting take on “modern” hip-hop. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
