Nalij and Kantshes Talk About the Cold World

I think the best way to describe this one is “imagine Rick Ross rapping about socioeconomic and sociopolitical issues while presenting us with Maybach Music.” The hook is also reminiscent of a Rozay track. I think it’s partly because this duo is from the Florida hip-hop scene, but also because they’re blending Ross beats with Griselda bars and flows and Lupe mentalities. It’s a solid track, one that makes you think as much as it makes you vibe with the mood set. That mood is one that’s equally reflective and inspirational. The duality of the sound says that just because we’re down bad right now doesn’t mean we’ll always be down bad–even in a cold world. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
