Over a smooth beat that would sound right at home on a Rozay album, Justin Tyme and The Game spit some socially-conscious rhymes about being on their grind 24/7 and not falling to the wayside when things get tough. The song is aided by an (obviously great) hook and bridge by legendary singer/songwriter Musiq Soulchild. I’d love to see a full-length visual for this one. That said, the CGI visuals we get here are also pretty solid and don’t take away from the dopeness of the track. It’s a straightforward delve into becoming your best self and saying “damn the outside noise and the BS.” It’s also one of those tracks that, quite literally, puts legends together to make beautiful music. Overall, I ran this one back a few times before posting it because it’s that good–to me. Check it out below, remember that you can’t fold under pressure and support dope music in all its forms.
