Fly Anakin has been on a run recently to the point that the artist just can’t miss. He’s Curry with the bars to me at this point because, no matter what he throws out there, he connects. I’ve been honored to share some of his most-recent tracks on SOTB. Now, with his debut album, Frank, finally released, the masses can see what I’ve been seeing over the last few months or so.
“Class Clown,” like many of the songs I’ve featured from Anakin in the last year, is also on Frank. The vivid visuals feature the rapper taking a dizzying trip through London and match with the vivid lyricism and storytelling. The song features as an interlude of sorts on Frank, tying the two halves of the project together pretty well. He spits some truthfulness while also having fun with his wordplay. So with that in mind, if you’re here for gritty lyricism that still has some funny moments within it, check this one out and support dope music in all its forms.
