Rah Figgy Takes “Flight” on New Song

Last Friday, Rah Figgy released his song “Flight.” When I first heard it, I was like “I’ve definitely got to share this with the SOTB Faithful.” It moved me that much. I think that the best way to describe this one without giving too much away is that it’s like a mix between Frank Ocean and The Weeknd. It’s a beautiful song about loss and moving on after a breakup, as we often don’t miss the water until it’s gone (a metaphor of taking good times for granted). I like his layered vocals and the fact that he’s singing from his soul on this song. If you want your R&B with a mix of powerful vocals and an alternative vibe, I think you’ll like “Flight.” Check it out below and remember to support dope music in all its forms.
