Bad Ass Nerd Gang Get into a Lane of His Own

Above, we’ve got the latest track from Bad Ass Nerd Gang (who is a solo act, as he mentioned on IG), the fiery “What’s My Lane.” The song is one of those “forget you, I’m going to make it by staying true to myself and doing what I want to” sorts of songs. I feel that, even though we get a lot of artists preaching “stay true to you,” it’s always good to hear it done in such a way.

I love the production as it lends itself well to the bossed-up lyricism on the track and the overall vibe of it all. As someone who marches to the beat of his own drum, I’m always here for artists who strive to be different and not complacent. This one gives a huge middle finger to people who say “stay in your lane,” instead opting to celebrate those who do things a bit differently than expected.

Check out the song above and be sure to support dope music in all its forms.
